At Lunae Sparkling we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods. All products are intended for consumption are non-refundable and we do not accept returns.

If there are any issues please reach out to customerservice@lunaesparkling.com, quote your order number and the issue that has occured for us to review.

Please note our shipping partners are instructed to not ship any damaged cartons, please let us if this happens for us to follow up with them and organise a replacement
